Coaster Saloon
The Coaster Saloon is the largest vehicle we run — twenty-six seats, and the one we use for corporate groups, extended families travelling together, and college trips. It stays on the main roads and it is by far the cheapest way per head to move a group that size.

Best for
Large groups on the Karakoram Highway, the Skardu and Gilgit main roads, Naran and Swat.
Not the right choice for
Narrow valley roads and anything unpaved. Its size is the constraint as much as the drivetrain — some valley approaches simply will not take a coaster, and Deosai and Basho are out of the question.

Twenty-six seats with a luggage bay, and enough capacity that a full group does not have to travel light.
What the Coaster Saloon rate includes
- The whole vehicle for the day — the rate is per vehicle, never per seat
- A trained mountain driver, and his expenses on the road
- Toll taxes
- Fuel, which is paid as per usage rather than estimated up front
- Your own meals, entry tickets and personal expenses
- Anything the itinerary does not state
Deosai and Basho are subject to weather and road conditions on the day.
