The invitation letter is prepared within 1–2 working days after your booking request and is sent only once payment clears in our corporate account.
Can I pay via PayPal or credit card?
Currently we accept international wire transfers / SWIFT only for security and verification purposes. This ensures maximum protection for both parties.
What happens if my transfer is delayed?
Your booking remains pending until the funds are fully credited. We will notify you of any delays and keep your preferred dates reserved wherever possible.
Will I receive a receipt after payment is verified?
Yes, a formal receipt and the finalized itinerary will be emailed to you once the payment is confirmed in our account.
