What to include in your message

A quote takes one message rather than five if you tell us these up front. None of it has to be final — approximate dates and a rough headcount are enough to price a trip.

• Your dates, or the month you are thinking about.
• How many are travelling, and how many rooms you want. We price for the group sharing one vehicle, so headcount changes the vehicle rather than multiplying the price.
• Where you want to go — or just say Hunza, Skardu, or both, and we will suggest a route that fits the days.
• By road or by air. Flying to Skardu saves two days each way but is weather-dependent.
• Hotel standard — guest house, 3-star, or the resorts on the lakes.

You will get a written itinerary and price back, with what is included and what is not. If you would rather build it yourself first, the trip builder gives you an estimate before you speak to anyone.

Which office to contact

One WhatsApp number reaches all three, so there is no wrong door — but this is how the offices divide up.

• Rawalpindi — head office. Quotes, bookings, payments and the Islamabad end of every trip.

• Lahore — for guests starting from Punjab who would rather meet in person.
  Johar Town, Lahore
• Shigar — our office inside Gilgit-Baltistan, an hour from Skardu city. This is the team that knows whether a road is open today.

Booking, payment and languages

Bookings are confirmed with a 30% advance to reserve hotels and the vehicle; the remaining 70% is due at least 3 days before departure. Quotes and availability are handled over WhatsApp, usually within 30 minutes.

We work in English and Urdu. Every confirmed booking gets a PNR and a receipt for each payment, and you can track it online at any time with that reference and the email you booked with. Common questions are answered on the FAQ page.
